Can I upload video or audio examples from copyrighted or commercially licensed works to DUiT?
In short, NO. It is absolutely crucial that the content uploaded is allowed to be legally distributed. If you would like to include copyrighted or commercially licensed work on your DUiT site, consult with the Fair Use Guidelines to determine what amount of material is acceptable to post. If possible, and get in touch with the copyright holder to request permission to use the work. As always, when in doubt, assume the materials you are considering are not “okay” to put online and do your homework to find out where the materials have come from and what the rights are.
