Can I upload these to Flash video sites, MegaUpload or RapidShare, forums, or any similar sites?
NO. Do not do this for any and all reasons. Flash video quality is crap without exception. MegaUpload, RapidShare and any other file storage sites ruin my logistics and detract potential bandwidth from the tracker. In addition, upload sites make you wait to download files, and that’s if it even works or goes uninterrupted. It’s more than enough time to download from BitTorrent. Also, I don’t want any of those sites making a profit from my work, especially when it’s supposed to be free. You are giving them money from all the ad space and user traffic. DO NOT upload to any of these kinds of sites. Anything similar too – just please DO NOT do it. Also, doing so is copyright infringement. You’ll be in hot water for posting it, not me. All traffic going through HEroAP, including the tracker, is maintained by non-profit organizations and made possible by our donors. Forums and small community sites are a bit of a grey area. Some of them really pay attention and acknowledge our download rules
