Can I upload my word processing files (i.e. Microsoft, Open Office, Word Perfect)?
No. We are not accepting word processing documents. These are not appropriate formats for the web. You will either need to convert to a .pdf or ‘create a webpage’ in Moodle (see directions below), cut and paste into the html editor, and check the format. How do I upload my documents / create pages to my Moodle Portfolio. 1) Accessing your Moodle Account: Go to the College of Education’s Moodle Portfolio Server http://cedmfs.coe.ncsu.edu/ If you do not already have an account, your username will be your unityid and the password will be edp304 2) Change your password Select your name (or select profile) “Change password” button 3) Add Dr. D. and the other instructors to your course. At this time, we do not know who will be evaluating your final project. It will depend on when your project is submitted and who has been your contact instructor throughout the term. By adding us to your course, it will allow us to ‘see’ your portfolio when we log into our accounts.
