No. It takes an enormous amount of server resources to convert Microsoft Word documents into a web useable format. You could save your Word document as a text file (File>Save As and then select Plain Text(.txt) from the drop down list of file types) and then upload the text file. It’s possible that at some point in the future MS Word will be supported, but probably not any time soon.
