• The DSP chip inside these media players can only support SD (Standard Definition) contents and the codec spcified. Firmware upgrade would not improve the support of higher reslution or other codec. For HD and H.264 codec, please consider HV335T. • I safely removed the media player from my PC and connected it to TV (while the USB cable is still connected to PC), but I still can not play video. • Argosy media player will detect the USB signal when powering on and automatically set itself to USB mode or Player mode. When USB cable is connected to PC, the player will function as an external hard disk (USB mode). When USB cable is not connected, the player will function as a player (Player mode). To play contents on the TV, please make sure USB connection is not active when turning on the player.
