Yes, software upgrades are available to upgrade your TWIG device to latest GPRS version. Latest firmware for TWIG devices with softing instructions is available at TWIG Support FTP. Depending your existing product version, some of these upgrades (from TWIG Discovery to TWIG Discovery Pro) may involve a fee. Please contact support@twigworld.com for details.
