Can I upgrade my existing flights using WorldPerks miles on nwa.com?
If your reservation qualifies for online upgrade using miles, you will see a link to Upgrade flights on the Reservation Details page. The following types of reservations qualify for a mileage upgrade on nwa.com: • Only E-Tickets may be upgraded using miles • All flights must be operated and marketed by Northwest Airlines • Only Northwest Airlines E-Tickets beginning with 012 may be reissued with upgrade. • At least one flight segment on the E-Ticket must be available for use. • The original ticket must be issued in conjunction with a published fare. • Additional fare may apply.
