Can I update the tax rates within the TWC for next financial year?

It was proposed that the Tax Office provide the functionality for clients to update the tax rates in the version of the TWC that they already have installed. The Tax Office decided that a better solution to this issue would be to provide the new version of the TWC with the new tax rates already incorporated into it.
