Your Telehop HomePhone service is designed to be portable. This means that you may take your Telehop Gateway anywhere where there is a public internet connection, plug in the internet and a phone set and you will be able to receive and make phone calls. However, due to the different network setup, there are cases when the service cannot be used in a new location.
