Can I undamagingly lug Micardis (40 mg) and Norvasc (5 mg) for elevated Blood Pressure?

Having been on Lotrel 2.5/10 for years, I was switched to Micardis. B/P wasn’t lowering so doctor added Norvasc. I am feeling horrible..week, sore, ache contained by the bones…B/P is more normal but I feel icky.
