Can I turn off the creation of LinkFixerPlus backup files during processing?
By default, LinkFixerPlus automatically creates a backup of files that are modified during processing. However, you can tell LinkFixerPlus to not create backups of files by selecting “File | Options” and selecting the “Backup” tab. Then you can uncheck the “Create backups of changed parent files” and uncheck the “Create backups of changed child files” checkbox options. So if disk space is a consideration during processing, turning off the creation of backups will significantly reduce the amount of space required for processing.
