Can I turn an electric fly swatter into a taser?
A taser is essentially just a low amperage, high voltage RLC circuit that produces a high frequency current to disrupt the nerve communication to the muscles, and can easily be created from the fly swatter, just install a step up transformer to the power supply going to the fly swatter grid and it should pack enough power to cause a large amount of pain and possibly burning to a person, however, doing so would be breaking multiple federal, state, and international laws reguarding the production of weapons by unliscened individuals, so be careful.
