Can I try a Pulo pillow before I buy one?
Once you have purchased your Pulo pillow, providing you have not abused, misused or stained it and it is returned, complete with ALL inserts and slip or cover or covers, within 14 days from the date of delivery, you will receive a full refund, less postage and packaging. All replacements or refunds are made subject to careful examination, approval and acceptance by our trained customer care staff. Please read 38 & 39.
