Of course you can. If you use a product by API called Melafix it will help treat the fin rot, it’s a natural product, so unlike many other fish treatments it can be used in conjunction with any other medications and it won’t have any adverse side effect, nor will it overdose your tank. For the white spot, I’d use a treatment that is specifically for white spot, so don’t use a multi cure, a general cure, or a parasitic cure; just use one specifically designed for white spot. Fin rot is a bacterial infection caused by flexibacter columnaris, nacardia, mycobacterium, and pseudomonas; and it is usually caused by fighting, bullying or is a secondary infection to a primary disease. So in other words, the fin rot is being caused by the white spot. White spot is caused by a parasite called ichthyphthirius multifiliis, which has a multi staged life cycle.
