Can I travel after graduation while using Optional Practical Training if I have an H-1 petition pending with USCIS?
Traditionally, F-1 students have been able to re-enter the U.S. if they have: A. valid passport B. valid visa stamp in passport (visa stamps may only be renewed outside of the U.S., ideally in your home country.) WARNING: If you are concerned about obtaining a visa or being delayed, then do not travel outside the U.S.!
