Can I translate the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture?
The Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture and the Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture are both available in Spanish. The Spanish translations are designed for U.S. Spanish-speaking respondents from different countries. A number of translations in other languages have already been developed by international users who have agreed to share their translations.
