A. No, Permit Stickers are non-transferable. Only a Wellesley resident (or immediate family member) personally delivering waste in accordance with the RDF Rules and Regulations from his or her Wellesley residence will not be charged a fee when delivering waste in a vehicle displaying a valid RDF Permit Sticker.
