No you cannot. Your camera does not support the USB connection with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows Me and Windows NT. To transfer images recorded on the Memory Stick to the computer with the above OS installed, please use a Memory Stick slot of the computer (such as in a VAIO) or an optional Memory Stick adaptor or reader/writer. To transfer images recorded on the internal memory, please first copy them to the Memory Stick and then copy from the Memory Stick to the computer.
