Can i transfer property ownership simply?
I presume that you are talking of simply handing a piece of land to someone else, without involving either the law or a lawyer. In the UK, this would not be possible. Formal paperwork has to be completed and registered at the Land Registry in order to be of any effect at all. And that, unless you have had some training in how to go about it, requires the use of a lawyer.
