Can I transfer paralegal or other law courses from a non-UC institution to apply toward successful completion of the Paralegal Studies Program?

No. We do not accept the transfer of any outside courses toward the Paralegal Studies Program at UC Berkeley Extension. In order to earn the certificate, all the courses toward the certificate must be taken through UC Berkeley Extension.
