Can I transfer my existing Lifeline insurance policy to my new iPhone?
If you want to protect your new iPhone 3G and not the old handset, we can transfer your old policy to your new handset. No new direct debits will be needed, and your payment dates will stay the same. If you want to do this, please ask us to transfer your policy in the store when you buy your new handset. If you buy your handset online, please call 0870 111 7000 to transfer your existing policy.
