No. Education Technology K-12 Voucher Program vouchers cannot be transferred to any person or entity and cannot be transferred between districts. If your district is unable to make use of all of the vouchers allotted to it please communicate that fact to the California Department of Education which will, per the settlement agreement, make recommendations to the Court on the proper disposition of unused vouchers.
