Yes, you can transfer checklists by emailing them from Lite to Pro with the ‘Share Checklist’ feature. Open up Checklist Lite, tap ‘Edit’, tap on your checklist name, then tap the ‘Share Checklist’ button on the bottom. Enter your email address as both To and From fields. Open up the email on your iPhone or iPad, tap on the link, and it will launch Checklist Pro and import the checklist.
