Can I transfer an existing Toll-Free number to TeleCenter?
Yes. To do this you will first need to sign up for a TeleCenter number (Click Here). Second you will need to call our Customer Care department at 800-454-5930 and request a transfer. This request will require a $35 fee and will take 7-10 days to process. In the meantime your TeleCenter will be up and running and you can forward your current Toll-Free number to your TeleCenter number while you await the completion of the transfer.
