Can I transfer a caller to a voice mail box directly?
Yes. During an active incoming call to the land line system on campus, a caller may be directed to any voice mail box with in the campus system. With the steps below this can be done very easily. To transfer a caller a mail box: • Press Transfer • Dial 8-4455 (you will hear attendant – DO NOT press #) • Dial the extension where the call needs to be transferred to • Hang up the phone to complete the transfer For more detailed information, AVST has created a CallXpress Aria Quick Reference Guide that we have linked for you as well.
