Can I transact with a person who is not registered CelPog user?
Yes, if your friend is not a member you can still use the Pay, IOU, and UOMe functions. To do so you need to use a cell phone number or an email address to identify your non-CelPog friend. When you enter a transaction CelPog will register it as a “pending” transaction. Both parties will receive a confirmation message. The non-members message prompts them to open a CelPog account. Once your friend opens their CelPog account the transaction will be completed and it will appear in both your account histories.
