Can I trade parts with other participants at the booth?
• Yes and no. See item 10 for more details. • Will there be prizes for good models? • Maybe! More details to follow. • How will the prizes be distributed? • If prizes are awarded, a fair and reasonable system will be used to determine who gets them. • Who is sponsoring this event? • The booth itself is not sponsored by anyone as such. We will be receiving some assistance from the LEGO company, in the form of signs and some printed materials. We are, however, indebted to The Hobby Show organizers for graciously allowing us to attend this show and set up our display. • If this isn’t being sponsored by a particular group, then who’s in charge? • No one is in complete control of the group/booth. As much as possible, any major decisions will be made among the group or among those most closely associated with the organization of the weekend. In a pinch, I will step in and make quick decisions if necessary, however I don’t see this as my primary role. • What are the hours of the show? Friday
