Can I trade my iBook, PowerBook or MacBook for a newer model?

We’ve repaired and refurbished over 50,000 Macs for resale and for our customers over the years. • How long is the warranty on the items you repair? Our standard warranty for items repaired on your repair is 90 days. • How long do I have to decide if I want my Portable repaired? Once we receive your Portable, we will contact you with a repair quote and you will have up to 90 days to approve or decline your repair. Portables left at our facility for more than 90 days will be deemed abandonded and automatically recycled. Please remember that recycled Portables CANNOT be sent back to you! • Will I receive my own packaging back if I decide to ship it in myself? You will not receive your own packaging back when we return your item because we use our very own protecive and insured boxes so that it arrives as safely as possible.
