You can suspend your voff service for a maximum of 3 months. If the suspension period exceeds 3 months, your voff local number will be re-allocated to another subscriber. Moreover, once your service is suspended for over 7 days due to reasons such as overdue payment, you will have to pay a reconnection fee of US$6 to continue your service.
