Can I tell someone that the Revelle Elite is a stop smoking (cessation) device?

No! Do not make this claim. Revelle products have not been approved by the FDA as cessation devices (stop smoking devices) and we certainly are not marketing them as such. Our products are a replacement alternative to traditional smoking and intended for use by smokers of legal age.
