Can I talk to a member of British Airways staff to get more information?
Yes – where we find out about a cancellation more than an hour before the scheduled departure, or if we find out about an arriving flight that is being re-routed to another airport, our WAP site will display the correct British Airways phone number to call. With some WAP phones, you can even be automatically connected without having to redial. On the Nokia 7110, for example, just select ‘Options’ from the screen where the British Airways phone number is displayed, then click on ‘Use Number’. Your phone will automatically dial the number for you.
