Can I take Tylex and Co-dydramol together for knee pain?

I wouldn’t suggest it since they both are a codeine derivative and both have paracetamol which is like Tylenol (acetaminophen). You should take one pill of either of those and stick with just taking one and if that doesn’t get the pain take another of the same one. Take every 4-6 hours. Just their should be a bigger number on the pill bottle. 500mg or something large like that that is the acetaminophen in it and you shouldn’t have over 4000mg of that a day. That should solve you pain those are both very good pain medicines. I would take the one that has the most codeine in it you pill bottle should say something like x mg/500 mg or something like that the first number ranging somewhere from like 5-20 I would take whichever has the higher number first and test it out.
