Can I take the Acai Berry while on Coumadin?
Precise Coumadin levels are somewhat tricky to achieve and maintain. Many medications can adversely affect them. In our Podiatry practice we discourage many herbal treatments while on Coumadin. One source specifies that someone taking Coumadin should only take the Acai Berry under a doctor’s supervision and another states that it isn’t a good idea.
