Can I Take Resveratrol along with Quercetin?
Q I just read about another company that sells resveratrol, and states that taking products containing quercetin along with resveratrol blocks the effects of the resveratrol. I am taking a multivitamin, multimineral, antioxidant formulation which contains quercetin and was planning on ordering your resveratrol but am now wondering how, or if, I should take both.
