Yes, you will be able to take your test, but you will need to get to the test centre early and let the examiners know in advance. They will give you a form to complete, which is why you need to do it before they come out and call you. Your examiner will be upset to say the least if you leave it until they call your name out, as it adds to the paperwork and makes the test rushed. If it takes too long to complete your paperwork they may abandon the test. Because of the fact that you have not got your paper part, it is unlikely that the examiner will be able to arrange your full licence if you pass, but they will still give you a certificate to show you passed. You will need to do all the leg work yourself to get your full licence. (The examiner will give you a form and tell you what to do).
