If both parties in this case are ready & go through for divorce by mutual consent in UK court & none of them challenges the decree of divorce so obtained latter on in Indian court than this UK court decree of divorce will be valid for all purpose in India for remarriage purpose & registration of new marriage by either of the parties in question in this marriage.
