Absolutely! There is no prerequisite. However, do you have the time to complete all the work? Students often take one, two or even three real estate courses, but do not usually complete them if they also have a house full of people and a job with lots of hours. It is recommended to have proficiency in Principles BEFORE taking on a lot more information, if you are not already familiar with real estate language, math and practices.
