Can I take Business Online courses without being admitted to Metropolitan State or a partner institution?
You can register for Metropolitan State regular courses as a special (not-admitted) student. Only admitted students can take courses at a partner institution. However, you must be admitted to Metropolitan State to be accepted into Business Online. (Read more about applying to the Business Online program.) Applying for institutional admission brings further advantages. As an admitted student, you will take diagnostic assessments that will help you choose courses appropriate to your skills. You will have access to an academic advisor who can help you understand how your transfer credits, if any, fit into a degree program and will help you progress efficiently toward degree completion.
