Yes. The MHS program is quite flexible in terms of providing students with elective course work that allows them to tailor their program according to their specific interests. The program is designed to give each student a foundation in core disciplines of public health (including quantitative, environmental, biological, behavioral, and management sciences), a specialization in a particular area of public health of their choosing, and some room to build on that specialization through additional elective courses.
