MobileMe based synchronization is, unfortunatey, file-based and so it is not easy to implement it with true databases such as DEVONthink. We are aready working on MobileMe-based synchonization, though. In the meantime you can try to use a third-party product called ‘DevonSync’ made by Wooden Brian (and not officially supported by us) that synchronizes DEVONthink databases bi-directionally. We don’t give any guarantee for your data’s safety. If you only want to quickly copy databases from one Mac to aother you can use fast file copy application such as ‘rsync’.
