Can I switch to the American Express OnePoint program if I am under an old ESA American Express program?
Yes, you will need to close your existing ESA American Express account with American Express by directly contacting their customer service department at 800-528-5200. Once the old account is closed, contact us and we will send you a form that needs to be completed and faxed to 310-321-5410 or emailed to service@ecenow.com. We will then submit your application for approval. Once approved, we will provide you with a new American Express account number under the new American Express OnePoint program and add it to your merchant account with us.
