I suppose so, all you have to do is unlock the phone and get a sim card from the company you want to switch with. I am not sure if prepaid phones are unlocked. They should be since you paid for the phone and not get it for free.

As long as the Phone has a sim (Some prepaid do not) I am not sure about switching between prepaid companies though because the prepaid is a locked account. Once you transfer your account it is unlocked.
