A. Yes. The operator/farmer is in complete control. The RTWS allows the operator to run the irrigator in its original format i.e. wheels stay in the same track every revolution. The RWTS can also be run in a much narrower band than the standard 1.8 metres, reducing the amount of crop lost to the wheels flattening it. If the crop is a wheel track sensitive one such as cotton, the RWTS can be set at one radius for one season’s crop and then set at a new radius for the next season’s crop so that the wheel tracks do not get worse season after season.
