Best way to do this is to get it from the BlackBerry into your email client, like Outlook. Then from there use whatever software comes with your new phone to get it form the email client to the new phone. However, this depends on the new phone having syncing options or working with your email client. Make sure it does before you buy it. Don’t take the sales person’s word for it. Look it up online before you buy. If you have a backup of your BlackBerry (and .IPD file) and the data is not in your mail clients now, you could borrow someone else’s BlackBerry, backup their stuff to a file, restore yours to their device, then sync your data to your mail client, and lastly restore their data to their BlackBerry.
