Can I switch from one iPool package to another one?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your iPool package at any time. If you change your package five workdays before the end of the current month, the change becomes effective the next month. If you want to downgrade (i.e. switch from a bigger to a smaller iPool package), please note that the currently occupied storage space may not exceed the limits of the new package. You can switch your iPool package completely free of charge twice a year. For more changes we charge a handling fee of 49 €.
