Yes. Once you set up your ITV Play Account, you will be able to access both the play for free and play for real games with the same ITV Play Account. Each time you log into a game you can choose which mode to play in. To switch from play for real to play for free, simply close the game and reopen choosing a different mode or alternatively open another game window.
