Many women do without a problem. However, please be aware that at such a high level of water saturation, the mascara will slide off with the slightest touch or pressure. The good news is, if you lose a few “tubes”, you lose them like you would lose a piece of jewelry – it just comes off, without having to worry about a face full of mascara!
