Can I sue the tobacco company for false advertising?
Don’t take this in a mean what. You need help. First of all, no you cannot sue the Tobacco company for false advertising. Using Toabacco has proven to kill, it does, just because you have died yet means it won’t happen. It generally takes about 15-20 years of strong smoking to finally get the sad effects of cancer and heart disease. I do not know why you hate your life, but I REALLY suggest you to visit a Social Worker to help you cope with these feelings, do you really think your family (mom,dad,grandma,grandpa etc.) would be happy if you die, no. Most likely they will take years off there lives to greev with that pain. What I recommend is to: Stop smoking, see a Social Worker, live a happy life. Now I am not saying this because I am trying to act like I know everything. I was in the sames shoes as you, about 10 years ago, I was stressed, lost my job, and my wife went to jail for attempted robbery leaving 3 kids (3,5,and 8 years of age) to me.
