You have every right to tie up courts with lawsuits that don’t amount to much. But good luck finding a lawyer, there is very little monetary gain here. You will most likely end up paying a lawyer more than you have a chance of winning. So your other option is taking the nightclub to small claims court, again tying up our courts with pointless cases.
