Can I subscribe to both the Action Pack and the Empower for ISVs programme?
As of 30 November, 2007, if you’re enrolled in the Microsoft Empower for ISVs programme (intended for software developers creating their first Microsoft platform-based solution), you cannot also subscribe to the Action Pack (intended for IT professionals and includes internal-use licences for many of the latest Microsoft software offerings). If you would prefer to subscribe to the Action Pack, you must first cancel your Empower programme subscription without refund. Note that it takes approximately 24 hours for system changes to take effect.
